You don’t need to keep struggling to reach your nutrition and fitness goals on your own.

Between the fad diets and quick fix workout programs, being bombarded with all these options is beyond overwhelming.

With a busy lifestyle between work and family, your time and energy is way too precious to be wasted on programs that just don’t work.

I’m Molly

I’m a fitness and nutrition coach who works with busy professionals to lose body fat, feel more confident in their bodies, and gain more energy to be present with friends and family.

Through developing specialized fitness regimens and nutrition plans, I help my clients ditch the fad diets and dangerous fitness trends that promise quick results, but fail to do so, or leave them in worse shape.

I have a unique gift for listening and identifying the gaps in my clients’ daily routines that are stopping them from achieving their goals and seeing the results they crave.

By educating my clients to look past the one-size-fits-all diets and fitness programs, I enable them to find what truly works for them and their body alone so they can stop feeling like they’re on a never ending hamster wheel of disappointment and finally gain confidence in their health journey.

With my help, my clients are given the tools and resources to not only get on the right track when it comes to fitness and nutrition, but also to create new habits that will lead to sustainable health and wellbeing for years to come.

about page - my story script font (1).png

I've always been active and as a gymnast and cheerleader, I was known as the "fit" girl. Not sure I liked that title.

At 15, my parents decided to move me across the state the night before the first day of class in high school. I was devastated. I decided to recreate myself and become this new person by losing as much muscle and weight as possible.

I developed an eating disorder and started working out religiously.

I became sicker and sicker and one day, I was so weak that I couldn’t get to school. That’s when I told my mom, and she got me the help I needed. I started seeing a nutritionist and fell in love with nutrition (although I didn’t pursue it until later in life).

After determining that I needed to begin working out properly, I joined a local gym at 17. I attended a group fitness class one day and when the teacher didn't show up, I walked to the front and told everyone that I would teach. I lasted about 10 minutes but I knew I wouldn't give up on it. Since that time, I’ve been teaching group fitness!

Through this experience, I learned that I could eat properly and work out and feel better.

Later on, I was faced with another challenge.

At 24, I noticed something was wrong. I was always told that I couldn’t be sick because I was healthy. I worked out and ate properly, so how could I be sick?

It wasn’t until 10 years later that I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

I knew I could correct my issues (to the best I could) and still have a normal life if I continued on my path. That’s what influenced me to pursue my nutrition license.

Living with an autoimmune disease is a horrific journey full of pain and constant issues, but I’m not giving up.

I have been told several times by doctors that if I hadn’t worked out all my life, then I would be crippled by now.

It showed me that if I can maintain a healthy life, anyone can.

My journey sped up immediately nineteen years ago, when I decided to work full time in health and fitness. I was happier, making a difference in the lives of my clients, and it gave me more time with my girls.

As if life hadn’t thrown me enough curve balls, I was faced with a nasty divorce 10 years ago.

My disease was flaring terribly, I was trying to maintain a full time job and I somehow now had to care for 2 preteen girls alone.

But it was the fuel that caused me to start my online business (now I have 3).

Although giving up was an option, I felt that I had no choice. I wanted to numerous times, but I needed money, a stable home for my girls, and to feel well enough to parent and work.

I just kept moving forward slowly and the best I could.

I realized that I wanted to build a legacy for my girls and to show them that they can achieve anything if they set their minds to it.

Today, I have more than 15 different fitness and health titles. I currently specialize in helping Autoimmune patiences regain their fitness and nutrition needs, TRX Suspension Training and Personal Training.

I also own a corporate wellness management firm that works exclusively for Mercedes Benz and have a team below me.

I have created several wellness businesses and programs that have worked with clients all over the world and I am excited to continue growing and learning for my clients.

I love my job and the people that I have placed around me. It is a joy to wake up and come to work each and every day. Outside of work, I enjoy being creative in all ways, from drinking out of vintage coffee cups to painting.

As for my two amazing girls, they have made my life a wonderful and happy place!

Annabelle is this brilliant, artistic writer that will go far, all while documenting it to rub it in my face! I'll get a selfie from a hill in Switzerland one day.

Haley Jane is this little spit fire, AKA my mini twin. She is full of energy and excitement. She will run circles around me for years to come, all while lecturing me.

Did I mention I have a sidekick that travels with me everywhere?

My calico cat is my twin, and with an attitude almost bigger than mine, she is the ruler of all things in my universe. Her name is Beau. We added a big boy named Rowdy last year and she is still salty about that.

I remarried in 2020 to the sweetest man alive, Wayne. He somehow manages to survive while I’m running at full force and changing things every other day. He just smiles and goes with the flow.
