Seedy Protein Bites

We do love a good yogurt with goodies on top! My husband takes plain yogurt with different things on top often for breakfast. His staples: homemade granola, berries, hot honey, brown sugar, walnuts, pecans and protein bites. I just mix and match with what I have on hand. I don’t care for the hot honey but I enjoy the plain honey on mine. Today I just made him plain yogurt with brown sugar and walnuts. After our move three weeks ago, I haven’t been able to locate the honey!

Here is one of our favorite bites/granola/protein snacks. Easy, full of extra protein and yummy!
