Meet Molly

Molly is a top strength and conditioning coach that specializes in all types of fitness and nutrition. Her passion is in autoimmune issues and getting patients back to thriving after a diagnosis.

Today, I have more than 15 different fitness and health titles. I currently specialise in helping Autoimmune patients regain their fitness and nutrition needs, TRX Suspension Training and Personal Training.

I also own a corporate wellness management firm that works exclusively for Mercedes Benz and have a team below me.

I have created several wellness businesses and programs that have worked with clients all over the world and I am excited to continue growing and learning for my clients.

Your fitness doesn’t have to be hard, it doesn’t have to be inconvenient, and it can work for you on your terms. This is why I developed a comprehensive personal training approach through my app.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We start by scheduling a call with you. We listen to your goals and discuss how we can help you reach those goals. If we are a good fit, we start working on those goals immediately. We work in various areas to help you best. We can design a fitness plan, a nutrition plan or combine the two. We can deliver your plan via email or you can work closely with us via our fitness app, MB Wellness via Trainerize. With the app, we deliver your workouts (and nutrition if you decide too) directly to you each week. We can watch your progress daily and you can also keep track of your progress along side us. Don’t understand the exercise? No problem, just click the description and a quick video demonstrates the move.

  • As far as nutrition, I will gladly develop a specific plan to keep you on target and hitting your goals. I’m a licensed nutrition coach and will be the trainer personally developing your plan. I work via three programs; ProCoach powered by Precision Nutrition, Trainerize and programming I developed. We will discuss which one best meets your needs and get you started when you are ready!

  • No problem. I train in the Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and Vance, AL areas.

  • Via the app. I don’t check the messages constantly but I do have set office hours where I will gladly respond as soon as possible.

  • Of course. Click at home, the gym, the beach, wherever you like!

  • You get the first 7-days for $1! After that, we will access and see what you’re wanting. My general plans are $49 a month, and go up from there based on your needs.

  • That’s up to you. I typically recommend changing every two weeks. I put in a 2-3 day plan for 2 weeks anyway but if you want to change more or less, I can.
