Thanksgiving Workouts

 

It’s Thanksgiving week and we all love some food at MB Fitness! But we also love a good workout! We always put out some home workouts just in case you miss us that much. We are a lovable bunch. This isn’t all the trainers just four. We didn’t want to overload you.

We designed this to work the full body. Go in whatever order you want and have time for. I usually put our workouts out in daily posts but I didn’t want you trying to find us each day. Just one post with everything on it!
